    1. Low Power Supply Voltage or Excessive Voltage Drop during Startup:

If the power supply voltage is too low, investigate the root cause.

If excessive voltage drop occurs during startup, consider raising the startup voltage. For systems using autotransformer starting devices, adjusting the tap position can increase the startup voltage.

        2. Stator Winding Short Circuit or Ground Fault:

Use a megohmmeter to check for short circuits or ground faults in the stator windings.

            3. Open Circuits in Stator or Rotor Windings:

Check for open circuits in both the stator and rotor windings. Ensure that the winding coils, brushes, and slip rings have proper contact.

                4.Friction Between Stator and Rotor:

Investigate if there is excessive friction between the stator and rotor of the brushless motor.

                    5.Incorrect Stator Winding Connection:

Verify the correct connection of the stator windings. Ensure that the winding configuration is accurately set up, avoiding errors like connecting a delta winding as a star winding or reversing the start and end points.

6.Excessive Load on the Brushless Motor:

Reduce the load on the motor if it is operating under heavy loads.

                            7.Bearing Damage or Seizure:

Inspect the bearings for damage or seizing and replace them if necessary.

                                8. Overly Taut Belt Causing Increased Friction:

Adjust the tension of the belt to prevent excessive friction. A belt that is too tight can lead to increased friction and difficulty in motor startup.

                                    9.Mechanical Faults in Connected Equipment:

Check if the connected machinery has mechanical issues, such as being rigid or jammed, preventing smooth rotation.

10.Incorrect or Faulty Wiring in the Starting Equipment:

Inspect the wiring of the starting equipment for errors or faults. Correct and troubleshoot any issues.

This brief overview covers the reasons why a brushless motor may fail to start and suggests corresponding solutions. If the issues persist or are challenging to resolve, feel free to contact Faradyi Motors for comprehensive technical support.
