Descripción

Faradyi linear electric actuators provide clean, precise push‑and‑pull motion for lifting, tilting, and positioning tasks. Engineered with a robust aluminum alloy housing and T‑type screw drive, they deliver up to 600N of thrust with strong self‑locking to keep loads safely in place when powered off. The built‑in limit switch ensures accurate end‑stroke protection, while optional magnetic sensor and end‑position feedback support integration with PLCs or smart controllers.

Características principales

  • High performance: Up to 600N thrust, 400N pulling force, and a wide 30–1000mm stroke range to fit diverse installations.
  • Precise end control: Built‑in limit switch automatically cuts power at end‑stroke; optional magnetic induction switch and feedback enable monitoring and closed‑loop control.
  • Quiet operation: ≤40 dB — ideal for medical spaces, offices, and home environments.
  • Durable construction: Thickened aluminum inner tube plus plastic gear train for lower noise, reduced oxidation, and long service life.
  • Safe & clean: IP43 protection against dust and water splashes; S2‑10 min duty cycle for intermittent operation.
  • Flexible mounting: Bottom options include CP lifting ear and CG flat style; multiple top end fittings (default non‑removable).

linear electric actuators Performance Options

  • Speed/Force profiles:
    • 15 mm/s → 600 N
    • 30 mm/s → 300 N
    • 45 mm/s → 200 N
    • 60 mm/s → 100 N Note: Speed and thrust are factory‑set and cannot be adjusted after delivery. During extension and retraction, the load must not exceed the selected thrust (e.g., 600N ≈ 60 kg).

linear electric actuators Applications

  • Medical: Hospital beds, patient lifts, treatment tables requiring quiet, safe positioning.
  • Office: Height‑adjustable desks, monitor lifts, partitions.
  • Home: Recliners, TV lifts, smart furniture, window openers.
  • Light industrial: Louvers, machine guards, fixtures needing intermittent linear motion.

linear electric actuators Installation & Integration

  • Power: 24V DC; reverse polarity changes direction.
  • Control: Simple switch/relay or MCU‑based drivers; integrate limit signals for safe stops.
  • Mounting: Select CP or CG bottom style; verify installation distance per drawing and keep alignment to avoid side loads.
  • Sensing: Optional magnetic induction switch and end‑position feedback for system integration.

linear electric actuators Reliability & Safety

  • Strong self‑locking prevents back‑drive when powered off.
  • IP43 protection suits indoor and sheltered environments.
  • Aluminum alloy structure resists corrosion; plastic gears reduce noise and breakage risk.

Why Choose Faradyi Linear Electric Actuators

  • Balanced force, speed, and low noise performance
  • Wide stroke range and modular mounting options
  • Built‑in protections with optional feedback for easy integration
  • Reliable quality and competitive total cost of ownership

Servicio de motores Faradyi

Cómo utilizar el motor
